Methuen Construction takes immense pride in the quality of our work and the means and methods used to produce a quality product. To support our commitment to creating quality projects Methuen Construction has created a Quality Control Plan to achieve the results expected by our clients. Our Quality Control Plan (QCP) is a management tool that is intended to produce projects that conform to the client's requirements. Additionally, the QCP is designed to monitor and document our services as well as the subcontractors and vendors that we use on our projects.

At Methuen Construction we realize that effective planning, efficient methods of operation, effective quality control, and adherence to Safe construction practices will reduce errors and aid in optimizing resource utilization. Through the QCP, we ensure that a quality project will be produced on time and in compliance with the Contract Documents.

The Quality Control Manual describes measures employed by Methuen Construction to provide assurance that field construction activities at the project site follow the Contract Documents. The primary objective of the Manual is to be a compatible extension of the Contract Documents and document the measures we take to ensure construction quality.

The Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) has recognized Methuen Construction as an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) for its commitment to world-class safety, quality workmanship, a well-trained workforce, diversity, and community service.
