We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman. The ideal candidate will be from the New England region and a have proven ability to complete projects safely within budget and schedule for our customers’ complete satisfaction.

The selected Mechanical Foreman shall have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-10 years experience working in the role as a Mechanical Foreman, supervising others with a record of successful completion of a wide range of heavy industrial construction projects
• Experience as a manager in the construction of water/waste water treatment plants is preferred
• Must have an extensive knowledge of Layout and Engineering, Pipe Fitting, Millwright & Fabrication, Cranes & Rigging, Welding, Plan Reading and have excellent scheduling abilities
• Extensive knowledge of construction industry standards
• Extensive knowledge of industry safety standards
• Excellent mechanical skills
• Track record of positive personnel management skills
• Excellent analytical skills, highly articulate, clear verbal and written skills
• Proficient in reading, interpreting and engineering drawings and project blueprints
• Self motivated with strong work ethic
• Ability to work in and build an effective team environment
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to direct and communicate goals to others
