We are seeking a Superintendent with Wastewater Treatment experience on projects of $30M or greater. The ideal candidate will be from the New England region and a have proven ability to complete projects safely within budget and schedule for our customers’ complete satisfaction. We seek a candidate with exceptional management capabilities, an interest and a passion to successfully meet project demands.
Some of the important functions of the job shall include:

• Complete the jobs under control within the budgets established and the Company is paid for all work performed.
• Maintain the construction schedule of jobs under control.
• Maintain the safety standards for jobs under control.
• To develop and train teammates.
• Maintain favorable relationships with client, abutter and teammates.

The selected Superintendent shall have the following qualifications:

A minimum 10 years experience in Wastewater Treatment as a project Superintendent with a record of successful completion of wide range of heavy construction projects, including water/waste water treatment plants as Superintendent

• Extensive knowledge of construction industry standards.
• Extensive knowledge of industry safety standards.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment.
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Track record of positive personnel management skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all parties associated with projects, including subcontractors and clients.
• Excellent analytical skills, highly articulate, clear verbal and written skills
• Proficient in reading, interpreting and auditing engineering drawings and project blueprints.
• Background and experience with estimating and blueprint takeoffs.
• Self motivated with strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in and build an effective team environment.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to manage conflict.
• Must have an extensive knowledge of structural concrete, wastewater equipment and piping and have excellent scheduling abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
