Methuen Construction provides environmental consulting services, including review of standards and operational practices to help clients ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulatory requirements. These services include, but are not limited to, initial site visit, project scheduling, cost estimating, value engineering, construction phasing, constructability review, weekly design review meetings with the owner, input from key subcontractors as to building systems, and means & methods of construction.
