Leading with Safety - Properly Securing Ladders

Chris Parrington was recognized as a safety leader at the Haverhill Water Treatment Project Plant Project for addressing a ladder that wasn’t properly secured. Chris noticed that one of the nails used to secure the ladder had come out. Rather than ignoring the unsafe condition, Chris showed safe behavior by taking it upon himself to immediately address the issue.
