Everett Stormwater Storage Tanks - Everett, MA
The Methuen Construction was contracted to construct Glass-Fused-to-Steel modular bolted tanks at the Schnitzer Northeast steel recycling facility in Everett, MA. The tanks are used to store stormwater from the facility and purify it. The water is then pumped throughout the facility and used in the recycling process. The tanks have a capacity of 500,000 gallons each. Foundations for the tanks and equipment were also constructed, The project included the piping used for the stormwater distribution.
