Manchester Boiler Removal and Replacement - Manchester, NH
Methuen Industrial Services removed a three-unit 1970’s vintage oil-fired steam heating plant and replaced it with a new four-unit gas fired hydronic heating plant. This project also included replacement of all associated zone pumps, piping, tanks, and other equipment as required for the new heating system. Refurbishment of existing HV air handling units and replacement of the existing pneumatic controls with a new building management system were key components of the project.
