Logan Airport - Parking Lot Ice Melters
The project required shop pre-fabrication of panels and other components to replace the walls of four ice melter cauldrons at Logan airport. The cauldrons measure 18’ x 5’x 15’ high with radius ends. Additionally, the stainless steel pipe and pipe headers were all replaced. This was a fast paced project with a schedule that required that at least one ice melter was online at all times.
