Orange Safety Hardhat Awarded

Felipe Ferreira received his orange hard hat in recognition of completing the mentoring program that MC has in place for all new Teammates. Felipe is pictured above with one of his mentors, Ryan Bregman. With his mentor's assistance, Felipe completed the safety mentoring program. To obtain an orange hard hat, Teammates must have a complete understanding of the safety requirements in several topic areas. These topics include but are not limited to PPE, ladder safety, scaffolding, electrical safety, rigging, and excavation safety.
