Orange Safety Hard Hat Awarded

Raddy Nunez received his orange hard hat in recognition of completing the mentoring program that MC has in place for all new Teammates. Raddy is pictured above with two of his mentors, Eric Gitberg and Mike Dubicki.  

To obtain an orange hard hat Teammates must complete a variety of safety trainings and safety demonstrations in several topic areas. In addition to this, all Teammates must complete MC’s Safety Boot Camp which covers both classroom and hands on demonstration with fall protection, confined space entry, basic rigging, silica, and mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP) training.
