Travis Provencher Receives His Orange Safety Hard Hat

Travis Provencher recently received his orange hard hat in recognition of completing the mentoring program that MC has in place for all new Teammates. Pictured above is Travis with two of his mentors, KC Symonds (left) and Frank Pimentel (right).

To obtain an orange hard hat Teammates must complete a variety of safety trainings and safety demonstrations in several topic areas. In addition to this, all Teammates must complete MC’s Safety Boot Camp which covers both classroom and hands on demonstration with fall protection, confined space entry, basic rigging, silica, and mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP) training.
