Leading With Safety - An Ongoing Commitment to Safety

Scott Meade was recently recognized for his continuous commitment to safety. Scott has been primarily working at the Worcester Whitla Drive Pump Station. During his time on the project, he has played a key role in helping develop and mentor temporary workers that have been assigned to the project. He has assisted with confined space entry, fall protection procedures, and has helped identify access solutions on the site. Scott is also engaged when the Safety Department is onsite, he consistently asks what needs to be corrected and points out any concerns he may have.

The Leading with Safety Program recognizes Teammates not only for personal safety practices but more importantly, as a leader who addresses worksite safety issues. By working together and exhibiting safety leadership, we are able to provide a safe working environment for all.
