Methuen Architectural Church Repairs - Methuen, MA

The goal of this project was to repair structural damage to the Assembly Of God Church in Methuen, MA. To accomplish this, the project team had to first jack up and provide support for the 14 arches of the church sanctuary. The existing concrete, earth and 3 feet of each base was then removed. Methuen Construction fabricated and installed structural steel supports for each arch to shore up the arches. Additionally, sections of brick masonry were removed and replaced around the base of each arch, along with repairs to cracked drywall and building sheetrock.  Modifications to the HVAC and electrical systems were also required as part of the overall project.
