Scope of Services

Provide a new boiler room within an existing garage area and install new boilers to supply heat and hot water to the existing facility. Modify and integrate new controls for the existing HVAC system to comply with new Energy Efficient Standards.

Description

Methuen Construction was responsible for building and coordinating a four phased project requiring all components to be commissioned at the same time, allowing for a steam and hot water delivery for the existing facility. The project included: A new building façade for construction of the boiler room, performing live pipe connections to the existing fuel sources (natural gas and digested gas), associated boiler piping for two new Energy Efficient Dual-Fuel Boilers, A new Energy Management System, An Updated Automatic Temperature Control System and the Associated Electrical Upgrades.
