RiverBank Dedication Ceremony
Methuen Construction recently participated in the Dedication
Ceremony for the new RiverBank Branch location on South Broadway
in Lawrence. This is the second branch building that MC has
built for this client along with the Derry, NH Branch completed
in 2008.
Attending the dedication was the newly elected Mayor of Lawrence,
the Honorable William Lantigua, several members of the City
Council along with Bank Executives and invited guests. In his
remarks, the Mayor applauded RiverBank for transforming an abandoned
building, formerly a car dealership, into a thriving business
providing essential services to the neighborhood.
This particular physical location was challenging in its relatively
small size requiring close coordination between concurrently
occurring site and building activities. A stone architectural
retaining wall was built on two sides to maximize all available
space surrounding the building. MC worked closely with TMS architects
of Portsmouth, NH on the numerous architectural details required
for both the interior and exterior of the building.

of the quality of the product we delivered in every aspect of
construction as acknowledged by the architect and owner throughout
the construction phase. |
