Craft

Our skilled craft is the reason our projects get built. Because we self-perform the majority of our work, we offer countless opportunities to teammates at all levels and skill. Whether you are just beginning your career as a laborer, or continuing in your trade as a carpenter, millwright, heavy equipment operator or a pipefitter, there is a path for you. Our skilled trades advance into a variety of roles including Leads, Foremen, Superintendents, and beyond. Extensive training and development opportunities are offered to teammates to provide the training and skill needed to be successful and advance including certifications and licensing, safety and technical training, and leadership training.

"The most rewarding part of my job is when I have actively participated on a portion of the project with my team, and everyone is truly involved and excited to successfully get the work done. And then the product is complete, and all-along we’ve worked toward this common goal together and brought it to fruition. That last piece, successfully completing the task together is most rewarding to me."
- Amanda Curtin, Senior Project Engineer
