Whether you are a college student interested in a co-op opportunity or getting ready to graduate, we have opportunities for you now, and into the future. You will be challenged, pushed, and responsible for important project deliverables.
Co-op Program
Our co-ops work on challenging projects from water and wastewater treatment facilities to complex federal projects and industrial plants. Co-ops spend time in the office working and being mentored by their project teams, with the opportunity to learn onsite gaining hands on knowledge of what it takes to put the work into place. Such tasks may include working on close-outs, QA/QC, project engineering and production of red-line as-builts. Take what you have learned in the classroom and apply your knowledge to real world scenarios and problem-solving situations.
Project Engineering
Recent or soon to be college graduates can expect to step into a project engineering role being trained and mentored by the project team to gain an understanding of the overall project and scope, reviewing plans and specs, and the responsibility of coordination of various aspects of the project. Depending on the stage of the project, you will gain a good understanding of what tasks you are responsible for, and most importantly know who to reach out to for support and guidance along the way. Project Engineers have two well defined career paths to Project Management or Supervision that they can take advantage of and grow their career.
